The nose is racy, fruity and offers a small power as well as a good definition and harmony. It reveals notes of cassis, wild plum, small notes of ripe wild red fruits associated with fine touches of blueberry, lily, nutmeg, very discreet hint of pepper, a subtle hint of sense of the place (local biotope) and an imperceptible hint of rosemary. The palate is elegant, suave, racy, gourmand, silky and offers a good definition, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful balance and a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright violet plum, small notes of raspberry, bright wild red berries associated with small touches of cornflower, blueberry as well as hints of lilac, nutmeg, sense of the place, very discreet hints of black olive, chocolate, dry mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of rosemary. Tannins are precise, fine. Good length. A very discreet sensation of powder on the finish/sensation. A gourmand, harmonious and full of delicacy wine. A beautiful persistence/aftertaste on fine hints of chocolate and caramelized hazelnut.
