L’Encantada – 20 ans – Armagnac

L’Encantada – 20 ans – Armagnac

The nose is racy, well-structured, aromatic, powerful and quite elegant. It reveals notes of candied lemon and citrus dried zests (orange, lemon) associated with touches of dried peach, crystallized mandarin as well as a subtle/discreet hint of pâtisseries (in the background) and touches of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, relatively powerful and offers fat and tension. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of candied mandarin, crystallized lemon and slight notes of peach in syrup associated with touches of candied white fruits, touches of caramel, rancio, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of dry fruits and cacao (on the finish). Good length.
