Le Temple de Tourteyron 2016 – Médoc

The nose is fruity, very finely tight and offers a fine power, a fine grain as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fresh cassis, small ripe berries and more slightly cherry/ crunchy/ripe raspberry associated with fine hints of flowers, cardamom and chocolate. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous/fresh frame as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy red berries, crunchy cassis and more slightly flowers associated with a touch of crunchy raspberry as well as a discreet hint of cassis bud, liquorice and toasted/chocolate.
