The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely on the hold and offers a beautiful freshness, a small suavity, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame, precision, a small fat and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, granny smith apple and small notes of lemon zests associated with small touches of racy minerality, mandarin zests, lemon seed, white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of juicy kumquat, an imperceptible hint of honeysuckle and sweet spices/dry almond.
