Le Blanc de Laubespin 2019 – Vin de France

Le Blanc de Laubespin 2019 – Vin de France

The nose is fruity and offers a certain intensity as well as a discreet varietal/spicy hint. It reveals notes of anis seed, white pepper, small berries, small notes of small fleshy white fruits associated with touches of zests, cassis leaf as well as a hint of lemon and an imperceptible hint of strawberry leaf. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a good balance on the bitterness, juiciness, suavity, a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, lemon flowers, small notes of crunchy apple associated with touches of varietal, fresh/juicy strawberry as well as hints of grilled bread and spices (fresh nutmeg). Good length. A very discreet chew and a discreet almost milky hint in the persistence.
