The nose is aromatic and offers power, a fine grain as well as a certain intensity. It reveals notes of quince, Mirabelle, small notes of small crushed fruits associated with touches of small white plum, fine hints of citrus as well as fine hints of mandarine flowers, sense of the place and almond. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a small freshness, a beautiful fine grain, elegance, suavity, gourmandize, a certain generosity, a fine acidulous frame as well as a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy white plum, pulpy Mirabelle, small notes of pear associated with touches of fleshy nectarine, pear flowers, hints of apricot flowers as well as discreet hints of fresh local grove, a racy minerality and very discreet hints of bee wax/patisserie (in the background). Good length.
