The nose is fruity, powerful and exuberant. It reveals notes of lemon zest, quince and mirabelle plum associated with fine notes of honey, small notes of spices as well as discreet notes of Sichuan pepper, cinnamon and cardamom. The palate is fruity, suave, relatively fat and a bit aerial. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of peach in syrup, mirabelle plum and quince associated with fine notes of candied lemon, caramel, honey, fine notes of flowers, discreet notes of apricot as well as a discreet touch of candied orange zest and spices. Good length and persistence. The aftertaste is finely suave.
