(ageing in oak barrel) A nectar more spicy (pepper) that the two previous vintages. The mid-palate is more “exuberant” but still notes of red fruit (raspberry) crisp, cherry and black fruits. It is characterized by a few spicy notes on the palate accompanied by a slight hint of mint. A gourmet wine on the palate, the fruit is crisp. A wine that I particularly liked.
