La Croix Canon 2020 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 

The nose its fruity, aromatic and offers freshness, a certaine intensity, power, a large aromatic palate, a certain gourmandize, incisive. It reveals the notes of blackberry, strawberry, blueberry associated with lily, black tea and fine hint of nutmeg, sweet spices as well as a very discreet touch of timut pepper. The mouth offers juiciness, a nice tangy frame, a certain tension, a good definition, a certain purity as well as a well balanced airy character. The wine express the notes of cassis, small black fruits, redcurrant, blueberry, toasted hazelnut, bourbon vanilla, sweet spices, cornflower, flower, cardamom, a subtle hint of cuben pepper. Good length. A imperceptible touch of toasted hazelnut on the persistance/after taste.
