The nose offers notes of leather and black truffle associated with a few notes of red fruits as well as very discreet notes of sweet spices. The palate is round, fat, ample, suave, gourmand, elegant and relatively silky. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed strawberry and black cherry associated with slight notes of blackberry jam, black olive, liquorice and a very discreet note of laurel. Tannins are fine and slightly dry.
