The nose is aromatic and offers a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of beeswax, small yellow fruits and small notes of dry lemon zests associated with a touch of quince as well as discreet hints of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of grey pepper and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/slightly acidulous frame, minerality, roundness as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small notes of dry lemon associated with a fine touch of yellow apple, a subtle hint of flowers as well as fine hints of beeswax, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of sweet spices. Good persistence.
