Kopke – 30 Years Old – White Port

The nose reveals notes of orange peel, caramel and slight notes of dried fruit associated with a few slight notes of roasted apricot (in the background) as well as slight notes of Zante currant. The palate is fruity, elegant, fresh, mineral and offers a beautiful structure and fat. In the mouth this Porto expresses notes of orange crystallized and caramel associated with slight notes of peach, pâtisserie, walnuts, candied citrus (lemon, mandarin, orange) as well as a few slight notes of crème brûlée (in the background), a few discreet notes of lemon (in the background) and slight notes of roasted hazelnut on the finish / aftertaste. Good length.
