The nose is fresh, fruity and relatively fat. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon), pineapple and slight notes of apple associated with a discreet note of biscuit. The palate is fat, round, ample, voluminous, relatively fleshy, slightly gourmand and offers a nice fruitiness and a bit of residual sugar. The effervescence is abundant. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of pear, white peach compote and lemon associated with slight notes of tangerine and a discreet touch of pineapple on the finish. Good length.
