Joseph Drouhin – Les Clos 2015 – Mâcon-Bussières

The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of fresh peach, fresh apricot and slight notes of fresh citrus (lemon…) associated with a hint of zests as well as a subtle hint of white flowers and quenette. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, racy, well-built and offers a slight gourmandise, a good structure, a slight suavity, softness, a slight unctuosity, fat as well as a slight freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, crunchy white peach and slight notes of zests, fresh mirabelle associated with hints of exotic fruits as well as very discreet hints of toasted oak and vanilla on the finish. Good length.
