Jean-Marc Brocard – Vau de Vey 2014 – Chablis Premier Cru

The nose is aromatic, full and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of white fruits, leather and dried almond associated with discreet touches of lemon and white flowers. The palate is fruity, precise, gourmand, elegant, well-balanced, supple and offers minerality, freshness and a mineral frame (hot stone). On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon and lemon zest associated with slight touches of white grapefruit, saline minerality, small notes of ripe white fruit as well as hints of exotic fruit (pineapple, fruit passion). Good length.
