The nose is elegant, gourmand, precise and offers a beautiful delicacy. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of pear, quince and small notes of fresh peach combined with touches of ripe / fresh citrus, fresh / ripe mirabelle plum, vanilla, butter and an imperceptible hint of lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy, mineral, racy and offers a fine freshness, delicacy, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, crunchy vine peach and small notes of quince associated with touches of ripe / crunchy apple, juicy citrus as well as discreet hints of kumquat, racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of butter. Good length.
