Jean Cavé 1996 – Bas-Armagnac

Jean Cavé 1996 – Bas-Armagnac

The nose is concentrated, quite rich, powerful, fine and elegant. It reveals notes of rancio and orange zest associated with fines notes of cedar as well as slight notes of spices and a discreet hint of almond. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, suave, soft, well-balanced and offers a beautiful silky matter. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized tangerine, candied peach and slight notes of pear associated with fine notes of caramel, sweet spices, oak as well as slight notes of tobacco, a hint of almond and very slight / discreet notes of cocoa powder on the finish. Good length. Beautiful potential!
