Jas d’Esclans – Cœur de Loup 2019 – Côtes de Provence, Cru Classé

The nose is fruity and offers intensity, concentration as well as a good definition/purity of the fruit. It reveals notes of quenette, sugared raspberry, small notes of rose petal, lychee associated with small touches of sugared peach and very discreet hints of rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very discreetly tight, suavity, a small concentration and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sugared raspberry, quenette, small notes of lychee associated with fine touches of ripe lemon as well as very fine hints of zests, a subtle hint of lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of fresh rosemary (in the background).
