The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision, a fine suavity, juiciness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, roasted pineapple, dry apricot and slight notes of mirabelle plum associated with hints of citrus (mandarin, lemon, grapefruit) as well as discreet touches of beeswax and an imperceptible toasted hint (in the background) Good length and beautiful persistence.
