The nose is aromatic, elegant, racy / mineral, well-built and slightly gourmande. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle and small notes of roasted pineapple associated with citrus, lilac and beeswax. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision, a fine suavity, juiciness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, roasted pineapple, dry apricot and slight notes of mirabelle plum associated with hints of citrus (mandarin, lemon, grapefruit) as well as discreet touches of beeswax and an imperceptible toasted hint (in the background) Good length and beautiful persistence. There a hint of hazelnut on the aftertaste.
