Jacques Tissot – « Les Corvées sous Curon » 2016 Chardonnay – Arbois

The nose is fruity and offers a fine richness as well as a fine freshness. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of fresh mirabelle plum and small yellow fruit associated with touches of butter, toasted touches, almond as well as an imperceptible touch of white pepper and gunflint. The palate is fresh, fruity, very slightly tight and offers juiciness, a beautiful acid frame, tension, freshness as well as a beautiful minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy mirabelle plum, juicy peach and small notes of juicy citrus associated with a very discreet hint of almond, ripe pineapple, racy minerality and an imperceptible touch of vanilla / butter. The finish is a bit tight. Good length..
