The nose is fruity, mineral and racy. It reveals notes of citrus, limestone and small notes of white fruits (apple, nectarine) associated with a hint of crunchy pineapple, beeswax and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, roundness as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon / mandarin, crunchy nectarine and small notes of apple, limestone associated with small touches of zest as well as a very discreet hint of quince and honey. Good length.
