The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, roundness as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon / mandarin, crunchy nectarine and small notes of apple, limestone associated with small touches of zest as well as a very discreet hint of quince and honey. Good length.
