The palate is fruity and offers tension, juiciness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy Mirabelle, small notes of crunchy apple associated with touches of crunchy brugnon and an imperceptible hint of flowers/varietal (in the background).
