Hyde – N°1 Presidents Cask – Aged 10 years – Single Malt Irish Whiskey

The nose is aromatic and relatively full / rich. It reveals fine notes of peach, citrus and a discreet hint of vanilla combined with discreet hints of peat, subtle hints of gray pepper, ash, mirabelle, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of chocolate and bergamot. The mouth is fruity, quite ample and offers a fine juiciness, a good volume as well as a slight freshness. On the palate this Whiskey expresses notes of fleshy white fruits (pear, brugnon) combined with discreet hints of fresh Green apple / plum, caramel, honey as well as a very discreet hint of cedar wood and creamy vanilla on the finish. Persistence is suave.
