Hattingley Valley, Blanc de Blancs 2015

Hattingley Valley, Blanc de Blancs 2015

2015 vintage reflects the nuances of a challenging growing season, transitioning from a cool summer to a sunnier autumn, but vintage variation is very notable in Britain’s wine production. The wine presents crisp acidity and introduces subtle aromas of puff pastry and crisp yellow apples. With seven years of bottle aging, the acidity has mellowed, and the characteristic lees-aged notes have developed. Stone fruit flavors come into play, offering a balanced profile with minimal oak presence.
