The palate is fruity, well-balanced, concentrated (but well-balanced) and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful gourmandise, a beautiful definition, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful depthness, suavity, a nice tannic structure, a nice freshness, a beautiful suppleness as well as a beautiful finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed boysenberry, blueberry and slight notes of wild strawberry, cherry combined with slight hints of ripe fleshy berries, toasted oak, subtle touches of dark chocolate as well as discreet hints of caramelization, Bourbon vanilla and subtle touches of almond on the finish. Tannins are fine and very young. Good length. Very beautiful, gourmande and suave persistence. There are subtle hints of caramelization and vanilla on the persistance. (2022+)
