Giovanni Manzone – Gramolere Riserva 2007 – Barolo

(100% Nebbiolo) The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit, leather, tobacco and slight notes of strawberry, blackberry and spices. The palate is fresh, fruity, fat, racy, deep and offers a beautiful density and expression of the fruit. In the mouth it expresses notes of ripe black fruits, crushed strawberry and spices associated with slight notes of clove, leather, tobacco, plum and a touch of liquorice. There is also a slight mineral / salinte note. Good elegance and length.
