The nose is fruity, fin, gourmand, elegant and offers a slight sucrosity. It reveals notes of dried yellow grape, orange dried zests and dried lemon associated with small touches of dried peach peel, candied citrus, cedar wood, oak as well as a subtle hint of almond and an imperceptible salin hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine and offers a beautiful roundness/suavity as well as tension. Finesse ! In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of dried peach, crystallized mandarin and dried lemon associated with touches of candied peach as well as touches of caramel as well as slight hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. A gourmand Armagnac made in a “modern” style.
