The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a fine juiciness, a small suavity, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a stretched side (all in length) as well as a beautiful harmony. On the palate this Calvados expresses notes of cooked yellow apple, juicy / fresh nectarine and small notes of juicy small white fruits associated with small touches of pear blossom, Williams pear as well as an imperceptible hint of spices / fresh gingerbread .
