It reveals notes of cooked yellow apple, buttered apple and small notes of jammy nectarine associated with fine touches of quince, tangerine blossoms, pear blossoms as well as fine hints of nutmeg, tobacco, spices and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a fine juiciness, a small suavity, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a stretched side (all in length) as well as a beautiful harmony. On the palate this Calvados expresses notes of cooked yellow apple, juicy / fresh nectarine and small notes of juicy small white fruits associated with small touches of pear blossom, Williams pear as well as an imperceptible hint of spices / fresh gingerbread .
