The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful intensity, power as well as freshness. It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, small wild berries and small notes of fleshy wild strawberry associated with small fine touches of liquorice/zan, violet/cornflower as well as discreet hints of spices and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful fleshiness, gourmandize, a beautiful suavity, tension, an acidulous/juicy frame, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful and slightly grainy grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy red berries, fleshy/juicy wild strawberry and small notes of fleshy blueberry associated with small fine touches of violet, laurel, discreet hints of sweet spices (in the background) as well as a very discreet hint of grainy chocolate and caramelization on the persistanceChews on the finish/persistence.
