Fruitière Vinicole d’Arbois – Vin Jaune 2015 – Arbois

The nose is fruity, fresh, chiselled and offers a fine power. There are notes of crisp peach, green/crunchy fruits and more slightly yellow fruits combined with a hint of fresh walnut (almost walnut oil) and a very discreet touch of toastiness. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality and salinity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy yellow peach, crisp apple and slightly fresh pear combined with hints of crunchy/fresh yellow fruits as well as fine hints of walnut, hazelnut and sultana. Good length. Good persistence with a subtle hint of positive bitterness.
