The nose is fruity, fine, round and powerful. It reveals notes of rancio, Zante currants, fresh grape and lime zest combined with a hint of yuzu zest, caramelized orange zest, caramel as well as discreet notes of vanilla and notes of alcohol. The palate is fruity, fluid, relatively gourmande and offers suavity and fat. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of jammy pear, candied lemon, quince and notes of mirabelle plum associated with slight notes of caramel, rancio, vanilla as well as a hint of cardamom and pâtisserie. Good length.
