The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of pear, quince and fine notes of stewed fruits associated with discreet notes of yellow fruit as well as fine notes of toasted oak and a discreet hint of butter. The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced, elegant, aerial, bright, relatively fat and offers an acid frame, a nice definition, freshness, a fine acidity as well as an unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pear, quince and discreet hints of marmalade, lemon associated with fine touches of tangerine and toasted oak / vanilla. Good length and aromatic persistence.
