The nose is fruity and offers a fine power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and more slightly blackberry associated with fine touches of crushed strawberry as well as small touches of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers juiciness, minerality (mineral frame), a fine tension, a small freshness, harmony as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and more slightly blackberry associated with small touches of small wild red fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice/zan and discreet hints of spices. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length. Fine power on the finish.
