Domaine Zinck – Riesling Terroir 2015 – Alsace

The nose is aromatic and offers a slight richness as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of Williams pear, apple and slight notes of nutmeg / spices associated with discreet touches of ripe / crushed vine peach as well as an imperceptible hint of racy minerality / flint. The palate is mineral, chiselled, well-balanced and offers an acid frame, a good structure as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, papaya and ripe citrus zests associated with touches of flint as well as slight touches of crushed / ripe brugnon (in the background), flowers and very discreet hints of spices.
