The nose is aromatic, elegant and fleshy. It reveals notes of morello cherry, crushed plum and a discreet hint of blueberry, blackberry jam associated with hints of toasted oak/caramelized oak, spices as well as a hint of nutmeg and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek and offers a beautiful acid frame, a beautiful fleshy, a slight smooth, tension, a slight minerality, gourmandize as well as powerful. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of morello cherry, crushed raspberry and slight notes of blueberry, cassis associated with discreet hints of liquorice, caramelized oak and spices. Good length.
