The nose is fruity, elegant and quite dynamic. It reveals notes of white fruit (apple, white nectarine) and fine notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) associated with a hint of exotic fruit, kumquat as well as discreet notes of lime zest and mineral / flint. The palate is fruity, gourmande, elegant, fine, fresh, well-balanced, aerial and offers a nice fat, suavity and a good matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of vines peach compote, apple and slight notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin associated with a hint of kumquat, discreet notes of mango, quenette as well as fine notes honey and pâtisserie (discreet). Good length.
