Domaine Sainte Marie – Tradition 2019 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a very fine intensity as well as precision. It reveals notes of pulpy/ripe apricot, ripe apple, small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of mandarine flowers as well as a very discreet hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a good definition, suavity, roundness as well as a small tension/straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy apricot, fleshy brugnon, small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of fleshy mirabelle plum as well as subtle hints of lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of dry zests. Good length.
