The Crémant is pale with shine and a straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of pear and apple with a present minerality. With air, there is also a touch of citrus and fresh grass. The palate is fresh with a nice refreshing acidity. There is a pleasant effervescence and notes of fruit such as crunchy apple and pear. We also see white and green grapes. The palate is fine, delicate but intense with beautiful touches of flowers. The finish is airy with a touch of almond.
