Domaine Richard Rottiers – Champ de Cour 2015 – Moulin à Vent

The nose is fruity and relatively fine. It reveals notes of strawberry, blackberry and slight notes of cherry associated with discreet hints of blueberry, toasted and sweet spices, an imperceptible hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, ample, silky, mineral, fine, fine, juicy, voluminous and offers notes of raspberry, cherry and slight hints of blackberry and cassis associated with a discreet hint of minerality, a very discreet iodine hint, slight woody notes and a discreet hint of chocolate and sweet spices. Tannins are well-built but very slightly dry and young.
