Domaine Ray-Jane- AOC Bandol 2023

This rosé has a very pale straw yellow color. The nose is aromatic with gourmet notes of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. We also perceive hints of grapefruit and lemon blossom. The second nose is also aromatic with always the same organoleptic characteristics: fruits with citrus fruits and a tangy side also brought by the lemon leaves. The palate is fresh and aromatic with good acidity. We have a creamy side which coats fruits like candied lemon, white peach and ripe apricot. We have a touch of aromatic herbs like basil as well as lemon blossoms. The finish is pleasant, almost with a touch of fresh mango.
