The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, a racy minerality, juiciness as well as a fine crunchiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy black cherry, fleshy cassis, small notes of wild raspberry associated with fine touches of violet, iris as well as a discreet hint of sense of the place, cocoa and graphite. A very discreet chew on the persistence.
