The nose is aromatic, elegant, precise and offers power. It reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy Quetsche plum and crushed raspberry combined with a touch of wild strawberry, gray pepper as well as a subtle touch of caramelization, vanilla and Zan. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a racy minerality, suavity, a nice gourmandise, a melodious side and a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy Quetsche plum and fleshy blackberry combined with touches of cherry, slight hints of flowers, Zan as well as an imperceptible touch of licorice / chocolate.
