The nose is fruity and offers freshness as well as a certain power. It reveals notes of cherry, red berries and small notes of bright cassis associated with touches of violet, cornflowers, licorice as well as fine hints of pepper, discreet hints of dry local grove and a very discreet hint of oleander. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a small concentration, an acidulous frame, suavity as well as a small sharp / incisive side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous red berries, pulpy / juicy cherry and small notes of acidulous raspberry associated with touches of violet, rose, racy minerality as well as fine hints of liquorice and a discreet toasted hint. Presence of a varietal hint / peony on the finish / persistence.
