The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, well-balanced and relatively elegant. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple and slight notes of papaya associated with fine notes of kumquat, pear, quenette, racy minerality, flowers as well as slight notes of menthol / anise. Good length.
