Domaine Moissenet-Bonnard, Les Petits Noizons 2019 – Pommard

The wine has a pale ruby colour. The nose is tasty and offers notes of roasted meat, smoke and toast at the beginning. The aromas become fruitier and spicier after aeration. There are notes of red cherry, Morello cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant, fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and Gariguette strawberry. In the background, we find fresh notes of peppermint, liquorice, crushed mint leaf, as well as fresh flowers (cornflower, rose petal, lilac). Nice juiciness on the palate; the wine expresses ripe red and black fruit flavours (Morello cherry, blackcurrant, crushed strawberry, wild strawberry, red cherry, blueberry), with a delicate but noticeable smoked meat note in the background, touches of sweet spices (cinnamon, white pepper, liquorice) and dried flowers (cornflower, rose petal). Good sapidity and lightness (in a good way), a tasty and expressive spicy side, a velvety and fine tannic structure. A wine of pleasure, full-bodied and refined.
