Domaine Louis Max – Les Plantenays 2016 – Rully

The nose is fresh, fruity and well-built. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, peach and small notes of litchi associated with small touches of minerality, fresh apple and an imperceptible touch of quince. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, suavity, fat, tension, a beautiful freshness / minerality, a small roundness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe vine peach and small notes of quenette associated with small touches of ripe / sweet grapefruit as well as discreet hints of apple, passion fruit and a touch of imperceptible hint of quince on the finish. Good length and good persistence.
