Domaine La Sanglière – Cuvée Spéciale 2016 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration as well as a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of crushed wild strawberry, redcurrant and a hint of candy associated with a subtle hint of fresh green lemon zests (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juicy frame as well as a beautiful minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry and Gariguette strawberry associated with a subtle hint of juicy apple, small touches of juicy lemon as well as a very discreet touch of crushed blackberry. Good length.
