The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a racy minerality. It reveals notes of lemon zest, apple and small notes of juicy lemon associated with hints of ripe pineapple and crunchy brugnon. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dynamic, precise and offers a good definition, an acid frame, a beautiful fat, a beautiful definition, elegance, a good freshness, a small straightness as well as a fine incisive side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, crushed brugnon, zest and small notes of flowers associated with touches of quenette, papaya as well as discreet hints of quince and an imperceptible touch of butter / almond in the background/persistence. Good length.
