The nose is elegant, racy and offers intensity, a beautiful finesse as well as structure. It reveals notes of quince, small wild yellow fruits, spices, toasted associated with a discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension, a fine acidulous frame, precision as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small dry yellow fruits associated with a hint of spices, discreet hints of almond as well as a hint of salinity and minerality.
